The message being portrayed is basically jay z boasting and showing the audience in this video what riches he has. E.g. when talking about his lexis in his lyrics, the visuals show close up shots of a black Lexus. The video uses close ups of the car to make it look more powerful in terms of wealth . Another example would be the Damon skull. Which is one of the most expensive pieces of art. And a copy of that skull is used in his video to show the representations of wealth. Being monochrome as well. represents his wealth as an artist.
