For the sauce – Place the cucumber dices in a strainer and set it over a bowl.

Pre-heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium high temperature of about
400o
F.
Coat some nonstick spray on a piece of heavy duty foil and put it on the

along the edges in two to four minutes. Remove the foil with onions from
the grill and set the onions on one side.
Apply oil on the grill grates and add the burgers; now grill them for
