This document summarizes a workshop hosted by Fanny Pittack and Alex Schwartz, who are known as the Happy Change Agents. The workshop takes place at the Change Dojo, which is described as a safe place to learn new skills through one's own experiences. The workshop involves partner exercises to guide each other to a chair while applying different communication rules, as well as group storytelling exercises using cubes to explore change initiatives. The goal is to help participants reflect on their experiences with change projects through discussion of facts, personal importance and lessons learned.
