could give an overconfident personality.
This is important for interpersonal communication
because, it will ensure that the conversation that you
have won’tcome acrossasaggressiveandthenitwon’t
cause a conflict because you and the person you are
talking to.
The use of positive language helps to enlighten the
moodof the conversation.Forexample if yousay“no”
witha lighttone thenthis wouldindicate thatyou are
sayingitinapositive way.Bydoingthis,itwill alsohelp
to make the presentation less boning.
