Human Resource management for Indirect personal, reducing from 72 to 62
headcount since April 2010, trough IDL tool.
Truck yard control for Import trucks, achieve to organize Import, and Local Trucks.
Reducing import trucks from 38 to 24 (daily avg), having only 8 days maximum at the
plant.
CI Track project for Kaizen, implementing receiving area for import materials, Kaizen
implement by reducing None productive materials on trucks from 21 trucks to 14, for
