• Most are in IT (72%). 24% in either eCommerce or customer
service/support.
• Broad range of verticals represented.
• Top: Retail (20%), financial services (16%), healthcare,
education-nonprofits, manufacturing (10% each).
• All respondents from organizations with 1,000 or more
employees; 37% from orgs with 20,000+.
