Team Leader in Customer Resolution Services:
• Managing the team (direct reporting 16 employees) to make sure meeting the SLA,
reviewing the performance and providing coaching/feedback.
• Maintaining customers account, Departmental General Ledger account and other
accounting entries for Bank’s Receivable fund.
• Dealing with external Banks for collection of fund due from them.
• Dealing with Clearing House associations and raising request for Collection of funds.
• Sending request for clearing settlement to Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and maintaining
their General Ledger account.
• Handling confirmation process for accept and reject of the requests received from the
external Banks for funds due to them.
