employed, commercial, business, self-managed super funds (SMSF), adverse history,
reverse mortgage and leasing

• Aimee can assist with out of ordinary situations such as:
• Bad credit history
• High LVR (Loan to Valuation Ratio)
• Limited savings
• Gift contributing to the purchase
• Change in situation (e.g. starting new job)
• ATO tax debt

• Works out strategies in conjunction with Your Financial Adviser, Accountant or
Solicitor to help advise most suitable options

What is a Mortgage Broker
• A go-between between the borrower and the lender, who negotiates the loan on your
behalf. Aimee will do the legwork on researching products on the market from the
hundreds available, and support you through the application and settlement process

• Generally does not charge the borrower for their service, as paid a commission by the
lender when the mortgage is settled (slightly different for commercial loans)
