    Experts Says:

“In a study of two disadvantaged
                  communities, residents agreed on some
elements of an ideal neighborhood. They
want safe places where children and
adults can do things together, and they
want to be surrounded by people who feel
valued and who are involved in improving
                  the neighborhood.”
