Roles and Responsibilities – In both Customer Support and Implementation Roles.
 Guiding and Supporting Clinicians with translating/customizing desired Clinical Workflows into the
MetaVision EMR suite (including onsite in-depth training on how to perform the Customization tasks in
the software suite).
 Creation, management, and resolution of issue tickets/calls from the customer. Includes testing,
troubleshooting and analysis of software functionality issues for resolution by iMDsoft Developer (Coder)
and Product Management teams.
 Onsite Training and Supporting Clinicians and hospitalstaff on Clinical usage of the software (End-User
Functionality).
 Guiding and Supporting hospitalIT staff with management of MetaVision Administration
functions/settings(Department Management, Account Administration, Archive Database settings,etc.)
 Assisting iMDsoft Technical Specialists with HL7 interface configuration (for use in the MetaVision
Software Suite).
 Validation testing on core software as well as medical interface plug-ins.
