Roles and Responsibilities – In both Customer Support and Implementation Roles.
Guiding and Supporting Clinicians with translating/customizing desired Clinical Workflows into the
MetaVision EMR suite (including onsite in-depth training on how to perform the Customization tasks in
the software suite).
Creation, management, and resolution of issue tickets/calls from the customer. Includes testing,
troubleshooting and analysis of software functionality issues for resolution by iMDsoft Developer (Coder)
and Product Management teams.

functions/settings(Department Management, Account Administration, Archive Database settings,etc.)

Software Suite).
