Clothing, hair and makeup ideas for music video

1. Make-up ideas for Artist
In my music
video I will
have two
different makeup
styles, first I
will have a
natural makeup
look (right) for
the narrative to
show
verisimilitude
and that she
hasn’t tried
too hard, my aim
is to make her
look like its
just a normal
day
For the
performance
aspect of my
music video I
want a bright
makeup look
(left), because
the video is
pop, this is a
convention I
will want to
include, during
performance I
will use close
up there fore I
would like to
include a fun
interesting look

2. Costume Ideas
For my artists costume I will
have her wear casual clothing
because my video is narrative
based and I want the clothing to
look realistic to the video and
so the audience can relate to the
artist in what she wears because
they aren't designer clothes and
anyone can wear them.

3. Hair Ideas
My artist had platinum blonde hair ,
it makes her stand out from the crowd
which is what pop artists try to do
with their looks. For the narrative
part of my music video I will make my
model have messy, waves to convey she
doesn’t care what she looks like and
that she isn't performing for the
camera.
In the performance aspect I will
create a more unique hair style to
differentiate between performance and
narrative and to also keep the
audience interested in the video.
