1. The forum is a google group.

2. It allows for collectively stored documents and threading of email discussions. It is available to members only.

3. You will receive an invitation email.

4. If you do not already have a googlegroups account click this link.

5. Fill in the required information.

6. You will then be asked to confirm your email address.

7. Verify this by clicking the link.

8. Following this you will be taken to this page.

9. When you have a googlegroups account any invitation messages should look like this.

10. Click on ‘Accept Invitation’.

11. You will then be given a panel of options on how you wish to use the googlegroup.

12. Once you become a member various options will become available to you. You will be able to access shared documents, and post to the forum online, or via email.
