Project Description: - Sure Power Innovation product for CSE
Insurance and Union Mutual Insurance aims to provide an
integrated solution for an insurance organization for policy
administration system of all the personal and commercial lines
insurance products for different states of USA. Implement
workflow with single entry into an integrated system for Rating,
Quoting and Policy Issuance, Claims. Implement data conversion
for converting the policies in CSE’s existing legacy system, into
Sure Power Innovation for the states of USA. All the
functionalities are SOA based, so they can be plugged-in to an
existing system of an insurance organization.
Role
Implementation Engineer in implementing and maintenance of
SurePower Innovation product for different customers of ISCS
Inc. like Civil Service Employees Insurance Company and Union
Mutual.

Responsibilities
 Customer support engineer in supporting and
maintenance of SurePower Innovation product for

 Responsible for the customer account in handling
production issues, maintenance requests and
implementation of new enhancements and feature
requests.
 As a Support Engineer also involved in business analysis
of customer requests, to come up with the technical
solutions best suited for the customer, detailed
technical design and implementation.
 Responsible for offshore coordination for the support
and maintenance activities. These activities include,
job monitoring, production issue analysis and fix and
builds/deployments. Amit is responsible to track status
and provide SME support from onsite.
