This document provides an overview of Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS). It discusses sample processes for banking, healthcare, telecom, and custom processes. PCS is positioned for standalone processes with mostly human performers that are currently manual using emails and files. A demo of an expense approval process in PCS is shown, including logging in and completing tasks. The document also covers developing use cases in PCS, exporting processes to Oracle BPM 12c, and concludes by noting the small step from BPM to PCS and some technical limitations of PCS.
