Editor's Notes
Areas to be covered: who the college is for, what the college will do, etc.
Nature of the scoping exercise. Principles of partnership. Iterative process.
Vision informs the future shape and organisation of the proposed college. Co ltd by guarantee, independent chair, board of directors that balances expertise with representation. In addition to the Chair and Board there will also be a partners’ forum. Going forward consulting and involving members of the profession in the development of new initiatives that the college will develop. Important to emphasise that it a model of growth and development – grow the college slowly.
