Until I got bored, here is what I looked at today.

1. This is the 5/3 that we talked about this morning. By far, my favorite.

2. Front door opens to a foyer with the door to the garage, entry into the first bathroom that passes through to the first bedroom (on the left), a coat closet, pocket door to the family room/kitchen & is open (on the right) to the living room with dining room combined. Nice neutral colors, chandelier has to go. The berber carpet isn’t bad.

3. Guest Quarters? Bath with tub/shower combo, pass thru to bedroom and foyer Smaller closet, but not tiny. View to side yard.

4. Kids rooms View to side yard View to pool, closest to bath room. Can’t find my picture of the middle bedroom. It was the middle sized one (blue I think) on the back corner of the house. Shower only, double sinks Adjacent is a good sized linen closet.

5. Master Double sinks (need replacing) with separate vanity area & step up to sunken tub & toilet. Exits to his (reach in closet) across from her (walk in closet) and bedroom that looks out onto pool. Master is off of the living/dining rooms – separate from rest of house)

6. Family room, open to kitchen and breakfast area, leads to kids rooms. Door seen is to “guest quarters”

7. Other cool parts <- Pool Secret Garden, behind property -> Big side yard for swing set, play area & room for dog to run…

8. Property 2 4 bed, 2 bath. Just okay. Kitchen and bath need upgrades and almost no backyard. (One room is painted in UF Orange&Blue inc. decals)
