opportunity
In mails mention 
clearly why you’re 
reaching out to them 
out and how you can

business!
At the end of the mail 
always have a call to 
action mentioning 
asking for the best time 
to reach them on a 
particular date

and participate in 
conversations!
Share updates about 
yourself and your 
company. Remember
