13. It is a critical skills when we start trying to find solutions to problem that are
presented to us on a daily basis.
The process of solution fluency as follows:
• Define-the problem since you have to know the what you have to do
before you will begin.
• Discover- you must discover a solution reason is that planning stops
wasted effort.
• Dream- you should dream up a process that is suitable and efficient. With
a patent appreciative of where we are and how we got there we are now
able to move forward and think of solutions.
• Design- you must design a process in a accurate and detailed action
plan.
• Deliver- This step puts the design/plan into action, making the dream
stage a reality. This is done by producing and publishing the solution.
• Debrief- This is assessment process of all the steps
14. -Creativity fluency means that creativity can be
taught and learned like any other skill.
Identify the desired result and criteria.
Inspire your creativity with rich sensory
information.
Interpolate and join the dots by searching for
patterns within the encouragement that
support your most wanted product and criteria

opposite to delivering a step in solution fluency.
• Examine- Inspect. This step involves inspecting the
process and deciding as a group if the global has
been achieved.

Listen actively and decode the communication
by dividing the media from the message.
Visualize and verify the message
Determine the media for flow, form and alignment
Leverage the most important media for your
message by considering your content or message
and what the outcome is.
Consider the audience, abilities and the criteria of
the medium.
17. We have establish that there are a lot of websites and
pages available on the internet, with more being added
every day.
• Ask- Speak as to get something. Ask good question so
that you get good answers.
• Acquire- Obtain. This is shaping where the information
is; prioritizing the search strategy; skimming, scanning,
and scouring the resources filtering through the results
and talking smart notes.
• Analyse- Examine or interpret something. The results
of the search will yield raw information and data that in
turn needs to be analysed, authenticated and arranged
to make a cohesive picture.
• Apply- start using something. The user will now be able
to apply that knowledge to the real-world problem
they are faced with.
• Assess- Decide. This when the user will look at the
result of their application and the process they
followed.
