Kendra took a PE course over the summer and set goals to improve her core strength, leg and arm strength, and nutrition. She was already active in sports but wanted to improve further. She achieved all her goals through training and maintaining a variety of exercise activities. Her fitness test results showed improvements, especially in areas she had specifically trained, like arm strength. She was proud to make her volleyball team and earn several athletic awards. The most important things she learned were setting goals, recovery, variety in exercise, and pushing herself to improve.
