Case Study: Major Oil and Gas group provides safety training solutions using eLearning
Requirement: A major Oil and Gas group required a multilingual animated health & safety eLearning course. The course objective was to depict the organizations past incidents and learn from those lessons. The course was also expected to highlight safety measures in place to avoid such incidents. Solution: 24x7 Learning developed a highly interactive eLearning module featuring 15 scenarios based on actual health & safety related incidents that had occurred within the organization in the past. Each of these scenarios were designed to prompt the user to analyze the root and contributory causes of the incident and work out how such incidents could be prevented in the future with the help of the health and safety policies that have been put in place for the industry. Impact: Within three months of implementing the eLearning module, the entire workforce was made to go through their health & safety training program which in turn provided real measurable business benefits for the company. Additionally, each team member was tracked and audited to ensure compliance to the latest health and safety training requirements.
