Connecting Communities and Schools to make the Healthy Choice the Easy Choise

BIOLOGY  IS  DESTINY   PEOPLE  AND  PLACE   ¡  It’s  what’s  in  your   ¡  Who  you  hang  out   with  matters   genes  that  counts   ¡  Opportunities  to   ¡  Teaching  people   make  healthy   about  health  will   choices  matter   change  behavior   ¡  Everyday  ways  of     thinking  and  doing   determine  choices
